Zeina is a Florida-licensed attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, having presided over civil arbitrations since 2010. She is also a Certified Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

In 2013 she was inducted as a Fellow of Class I of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy. She has served as past faculty at Temple University's Beasley School of Law in Japan and remains an active voice in the Jacksonville business community through speaking engagements, collaborations, and mentorship.
